"Baby Lou", was a lifelong resident of East Chicago, Indiana and member of St Mary Church, Griffith, Indiana. He was a retired employee of Inland/Mittal Steel Company with 47 years of service and Member of the USWA Local 1010. He was also a former employee of the East Chicago Water Department and longtime Board Member of the East Chicago Sanitation Board. "Baby Lou" was always active in East Chicago and helped many of his friends and neighbors while serving as longtime democratic precinct committeeman in the 4th district.
